Please find attached a report that will allow you to export stock take sheet information into a spreadsheet format for use during end of financial year stock takes.  

You need to only fill in the new_quantity column and it is important not to change any of the other columns as these will be used to import the spreadsheet back into OpenVPMS using a script we have developed for this purpose.  Also please make sure you save the spreadsheet back into its original csv format and not as an excel spreadsheet.

The script will take the information entered into the spreadsheet and create In Progress stock adjustment entries in the Products -> Stock Management workspace.  You can review these and edit and then finalise to update the current stock quantities. 

As the script works directly with the database I have not posted it and suggest those who are interested in using it please contact me here.
