Data migration - documents

hi

im trying to migrate a user to the openvpms database, but i am having issues migrating the documents, the data in the blob is correct and valid but when opening i get the error message

java.util.zip.ZipException: incorrect header check

i also noticed the blob size is different if i use the openvpms software to save the same file, is the data compressed?

Documents are compressed. There is no support to load them through the Pentaho plugin; you can either use the docload tool, or the Document Loader Job.

ok, thats what i thought, what is the docload tool? im not on 1.8 so dont have the doc loader job yet.

Its located in <OPENVPMS_HOME>/bin.

There's various documentation available for it, e.g. http://openvpms.org/documentation/automatic-document-importing-openvpms

thanks but i found another way to do it that works with my current dev environment so im all good thanks :)
