Lock time and Schedule title on workflow

I feel like this question has been posed in the past but I cannot find a response. 

Would it be possible to lock the time on the left and the schedule title on the top as you move across and down schedule views? We have several clinics with 5+ doctors listed plus exam rooms so when you move across the screen, the time drops from view. It would great if both locked in place.

If I remember correctly this was a limitation we had due to our use of echo as the GUI framework

 

I believe TimA has slated a plan to move to the Vaiden framework for 2.0 which should solve these issues.

The time is on both the right and left columns. Would it be possible to add the Schedule title to the bottom so it is displayed twice as well? That would be a great accommodation if it were possible.

Fixed table headers and footers aren't supported by our existing web framework, echo2. We could write a new table component that did this, but my preference would be to spend the effort migrating to Vaadin, which supports this functionality already.
