Hi,

Is there a way to delete a vaccination which has been added to the wrong patient for a customer from the patient's medical records. Even if we credit or reverse the invoice the item remains on the medical record of the incorrect pet.

What version are you running? Support to remove records from the patient history via invoice reversal was added in 1.7.

Note that for it to work, you must reverse the invoice that added the item. Creating a credit is not sufficient.

Running 1.8 but have found reversal is not deleting the record. Have tried logging out and in again but no difference.

When you reverse the invoice the record should only be removed from the Summary. The charge will still be visible in the Medical Records - Charges tab, and may appear in reports.

Is it possible that there is another invoice for the patient with the same charge item that hasn't been reversed? Note that you can't reverse the same invoice more than once - an error will be displayed.
