Invoicing an estimation doesn't default medication quantity to estimation quantity in medication dialog. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Key: OVPMS-1080 URL: https://openvpms.atlassian.net/browse/OVPMS-1080 Project: VPMS Web Application Issue Type: Bug Components: Customer Affects Versions: 1.4 Reporter: Tony De Keizer Assignee: Tim Anderson Fix For: 1.5

When converting an estimation to an invoice each medication item prompts for additional medication information i.e expiry, quantity, label. In this dialog the default quantity displayed is 1 rather than the high quantity defined for that item in the estimation.
