Reminder or follow-up calls

Hi,

we like to call clients after their visit. Is there an easy way to add them to a work-list column called "Follow-up calls "? I was thinking something similar to when you arrive a patient, so a prompt after you have finished billing a client, you press complete and a prompt comes up asking what you want to do with this patient.

At present after we have finished with a patient we then go to "Follow-up calls"and add them and choose the date we want the contact to be made.
