Report to indicate clients that have not been active for longer than 12-18 months

Hi All,

 

Is there a report that would give me an indication of clients that have not been active for longer than 12-18 months?

I have had a look what is currently loaded into our OpenVPMS and i cant find one that seems to tick the box. 

Could i use CUSTOMER LAST TRANSACTION REPORT?

Sam - look in the Resource Library using http://www.openvpms.org/resources-search?filter0=All&field_resource_cate...

The 'Lost Customers Report' should do what you want, and if you want to do a 'please tell us why you left' mail campaign, there are export reports for that.

If you are still running 1.7, yell and I can probably do a back-port for you.
