Report showing clients with no reminders

Hello!

Is there an existing report that can pull all active pets with no reminders and/or no future reminders scheduled? I could have sworn there was one similar on the catalog but can't spot it if there is.

Alan - I had a report close to what you wanted and I have tweaked it to add the ability to list patients without reminders without the rest of the detail. Have put it in the resource library - see http://www.openvpms.org/customisation/patient-reminders

Note however that it is not a 'list all patients with no reminders' but rather (for your use) 'list those patients who visited in the specified period who have no reminders'.

It was written to look at whether the vets were creating reminders (and thus repeat business) - especially for young patients. Hence the idea is that you run it for a historical period, and then for a recent period and compare the stats to see if things have changed - and if they have not improved, go beat on the vets ;-)

PS - its dates use the local format so yours will come out as mm/dd/yy and not the dd/mm/yy shown in the resource library entry.

I've just tried this and it doesn't identify the patients who lack a reminder. I think that is what the key to the question would be.

Garry - can you please check the options that you set. If you left them at the default settings (which leaves 'Show patients with no reminders' unticked) then it will not list the 'no reminders' patients.

Also, as stated it does NOT find ALL patients with no reminders, just those who visited within the specified period - though if you set the dates from 1/1/80 to 1/5/16 then it will look at every patient you have ever had visit.

If it really does not work for you, please can I have some documentation of how you ran your report, and an illustration of a patient that it did not pick up.
