The mailing lists have been replaced with a new notifications system. If you have registered on this site you can receive notifications of forum posts via email and reply to the email you receive to post a response. To subscribe or unsubcribe to notifications you can edit your details in your openvpms.org website account or just follow the Get email notifications at the top left once you have logged in.
