This project will add a Location filter to Reporting - Work In Progress, to query charges according to the practice location where they were done.
The Location filter will:
- display all locations for the specified user, or those for the practice if the user doesn't define any
- default to the current Practice Location
- include an All, indicating to query charges for all locations
