This screen is used to create/view/edit the Customer Communication Reason lookups.
The fields are as follows:
Name | the name of the communication reason |
Default | check the box to make this the default reason |
Active | uncheck the box to make the reason inactive |
Show In Patient History |
When set, any communication with this reason will be displayed in Patients - Medical Records - Summary, else they will be suppressed. Note that any communication with this flag unset will still be visible in: |
