This screen is used to create an edit insurers.
NOTE: when using an Insurance Service, insurers will be created automatically.
The fields are as follows:
Id | the OpenVPMS identifier for the insurer |
Company Name | the insurer name |
Description | an optional description for the insurer |
Template |
an optional Document Template to use when printing or mailing claims. The Type of the template must be Insurance Claim - Custom. If not specified, the Insurance Claim template will be used. |
Notes | optional notes about the insurer |
Active | untick this box to deactivate the insurer |
