This report is specifically built to generate a CSV file that can be imported into a Google calendar (ie you can print the output but it is not intended that you do). This report has no parameters. It dumps a specific schedule for the date range today to today+31 days (actually +32 but seeing the time is 00:00:00 then its really for 31 days). The schedule dumped is that named "Dr Gething" - you will obviously want another schedule. To change this edit the .jrxml file (using a simple text editor like notepad) and find line 37 which will be:

Please find attached a report that will allow you to export stock take sheet information into a spreadsheet format for use during end of financial year stock takes.  

You need to only fill in the new_quantity column and it is important not to change any of the other columns as these will be used to import the spreadsheet back into OpenVPMS using a script we have developed for this purpose.  Also please make sure you save the spreadsheet back into its original csv format and not as an excel spreadsheet.

This report lists all customers who's last transaction date is between the specified period.   This report is in a export format so the output can be used externally to merge letters, labels, emails to the selected customers.

This report can be used to find "lapsed" customers. For example if you wanted to find all the customers who had not had a transaction in the last year but had a transaction in the previous two years you could enter a start date of 01/08/2008 and an end date of 31/07/2010.

As always please report any issues you find. 

This report is the same as the customer acquisition report but formats the output for export and includes individual fields suitable for mail merging.

This report behaves exactly the same as the Top Customer Sales report ( http://www.openvpms.org/customisation/top-customer-sales-report) in that it allows you to select a defined number of the top customers by sales for a specified data range.  

This report has been modified to be suitable for export and therefore can be used for mail merging.  It includes separate name, address, email fields as well as fields for total sales and visits for the customers selected.

With version 1.4 we now have the ability to export report results in CSV format so you can utilise them in extrenal applictaion like Open Office , Word etc to do mass marketing mail-outs, labels etc.

In order to get the data formatted correctly though the formatting of the report needs to be tabular and the page headers footers and other printout and preview formatting needs to be removed. 

I have created a new report that filters patients by :

Classification (Account Type, or classifications)

Patient Species

Patient Breed
