This report provides a printed version of the Workflow|Investigations screen.

"This shows all investigations for the selected locations and clinicians that have status as follows:
If 'Status - Incomplete Only' is true, then only investigations with status In Progress are included, otherwise all statuses are.
If 'Order Status - Incomplete Only' is false then all Order Statuses are included. If it is true, then if 'Show Sent Only' is true then only investigations with Order Status 'Sent' are included, otherwise those with Order Status Pending, Sent and Received are shown.
The location and clinician selection field entered have % added so that leaving it blank will find all, and entering Clinician e will include all clinicians starting E. The selection is case insensitive. Investigations with no clinician set can be selected by setting the clinician to '-' and ditto for locations.
Investigations are listed grouped by Location/Status then by Order Status, then in descending date order, ie newest first."
