Search through patient histories for specific text within the patient notes.
Limitations
- Version 1.0 only searches notes. It does not search for problems, etc.
- No filters other than patient breed and species and history text in version 1.0
Suggested Usage
Run the report to find a patient that you have seen with a particular text entered in the patient notes that you can remember entering. When run the report prompts for breed, species and history text. Try filtering as narrow as you can.
Preview the report to view it as a pdf.
The report will list the client and Patient details and the relevant entry in the patient notes.
Compatibility
Tested with 1.4
Future Plans
Add filter for date of visit, age of animal, and add option to also search problems.

Hi Matt,
Tried your new report and seems to work well - many thanks for putting it up on the site.
Would it be possible to add a date range as in our use we are searching 45000 patients on our database and I am sure there are a lot of other users with an awful lot more than us. Dates might narrow down and speed up the search a bit

Hi Matt,
We find a lot of our quirky histories that we are wanting to look up are often deactivated patients. Would it be possible to have the option of searching deactivated patient text also?
