The following report template provides a Patient List report which lists customer and patient details and allows filtering by Date of Birth range, species and breed.

Fixed query for linux/unix

Report is essentially unchanged. Just changed a capital to lowercase in the query to make it work on linux.

Added;

Remember "%" searches for any characters (like * in microsoft word).

Compatible with Version 1.4 onwards

 

Desexed : Tick box

Sex : Type "m%" or "f%"

Deactivated : Tick box

Colour: Type "blac%" or "tan%white" etc

Hi Matt C - I am having trouble with this report. I have down loaded the first report and works fine and then I thought I would compare it to your report but when I put in the same dates I get different reports - I did not select sex and left the box desexed unticked - so I would expect the reports to include entire pets of either sex. Thanks Anna
