1.8 expr:concatIf(a,b,c) query

Are the expr:concatIf functions new in 1.8 (they are in the CSH)? If so should they be in the 'new in 1.8' list?  [I checked the fixed in 1.8 Jira list and can't see them there.]

These were added to support the http://www.openvpms.org/project/search-referring-vet-clinic project.

I've added a JXPath Extension Functions section to http://www.openvpms.org/documentation/csh/1.8/new-features
