Hi guys,

Before I start working on my own, I thought I'd check if anyone had created a Address Label for owners.

We send insurance forms and other mail to owners and rather than write on the envelopes, I'd like to be able to go to Customer Documents (or patient documents) and Add - New - Letter - "Address Label" Print

Ideally I would like to print directly on to an envelope (or a drug label if that's not possible and trim off the top of the label that has the red medication bit)

All I need on the Label is:

Owner Full Name & Address

(If I can get a little something on there that says "Your Insurance forms from Advanced Vetcare" or something on a pretty little angle then great, but understand that may not be possible with Jasper Reports)

If there is something on the forums I can copy, could someone please point me in the right direction. But if not, I will start working on one and put it on this forum.
