This is a modification of the Customer Product Sales and Customer Marketing reports

It is designed to allow you to product a report showing Customer contact details and patient details when that patient/customer has purchased a selected product/s during a selected period. Filterable by customer active, patient active, patient deceased 

The list is grouped by customers (thus returns only 1 entry per customer) but has fields that return a String Contact of patient names and patient details. It also has a field that returns the patient count to allow mail merges based on this set of results to

eg. Patient = Roca & Bella

Other fields such as the email purpose are also concated together

If you chose to search a wide range of dates this report may take 5-10 minutes to compile particularly in big practices.
