There is still no "copy" function on the Appointment screen in the latest version of OpenVPMS 5.1.1

Where are we up to with this enhancement? How do others copy repeatable and reoccuring appointments like public holidays,rostered days off, and staff meetings onto their daily appointment screen

Copying appointments was discussed a while back in this thread: http://www.openvpms.org/forum/copying-appointments

The discussion moved on to schedule blocking, which is a project now seeking funding: http://www.openvpms.org/project/schedule-blocking

This project hasn't sparked much interest, so it may be worth setting up a new one that just deals with a copy facility.

Yes Tim,

A simplpe Copy function on the appointment screen would be of great assistance.

How do others edit their appointment screen to show Public Holidays, and rostered day off , or individual vets finishing times?

I agree too Tim! We would definitely like the copy facility. A copy function for appointments will be very useful indeed and presumably cost less to develop than the schedule blocking project?? So hopefully it can get implemented soon. I'll definitely support its development.
