Customer Discount Report

Good afternoon,

I want a list of clients with discounts applied to them.

I have found the Report - Customer Discount , which I feel is the correct one.

We are running 2.4 beta 2

I have downloaded reports before, have it as a type = report, report type = financial

but when I run it the report is a blank page and I am not sure what I am doing wrong

The report has a start and end date, but we have no end date on the discounts that have been applied to clients - but I dont think this should impact on the report?

If you are running this report, it specifies it is compatible with OpenVPMS versions 1.5  to 1.8 i.e. it won't work with OpenVPMS 2.4.

Thank you. Seems unusual for there to be a cut off version that a report is only compatible with - or I have just not come across this before.

Is there another report that can find clients that have a discount on their file?

Its a contributed report rather than one included in the OpenVPMS distribution. These don't get updated as regularly. That said, there is now a new version at https://www.openvpms.org/customisation/customer-discount-report

If you run it with the default parameters, it will display the discounts and the customers that have been assigned them, as at the current date.
