Email not working - gmail

I  am new in openvpms. Am trying to integrate this for demo to one of the client.

I have configured the mail server to use gmail to send emails, however on selecting send email there is no from address. 

I have setup the required email both on practice/practice location as required. see attached screenshot.

Comment viewing options

Select your preferred way to display the comments and click "Save settings" to activate your changes.

Make sure you have configured an email contact on the Practice.

You can also configure a different email contact for each Practice Location.

These changes may not be seen until you log out and back in again.
