group staff email

HI guys, brand new to openvpms.
WIll likely have many questions to follow. I am trying to use the internal email service, can send individual emails but can't find how to send an email to all staff. Any help out there? Using 1.9 snapshot

Use Administration|Groups to create a group containing multiple users - then send the message to the Group
