Lab Results are forever IN_PROGRESS

I noticed today that all our Lab results - whether the are IN house results or VetConnect result.  Have not been marked as COMPLETE since 2022.  

The STATUS is not user editable.  

What defines  a test as COMPLETE ?

Its determined by VetConnect. In general, if any of the results aren't complete, the investigation won't be completed.

I dont think Vet Connect is the only issue - In house results - such as cytology should have the ability to be marked as complete manually - because they are done in house and as such handled manually.

If you are referring to the Investigation Status field, that's determined by Medical Record Locking.
