Post Card Reminders

Hi,

We currently send Reminders as letters but are loking at sending them as Postcards.

Can someone give me an indication of where there are instructions on how to set reminders up as cards and formatting so the address is printed in the right place.

I have done a site search and cannot find anything. If they are not on the site can someone give me some step by step instructions or add them to shared resources.

Hey Nick,

Have you tried playing with ireport to edit your reminder template? Becuase you just want the same information rearranged, it is not too difficult. More a case of moving around and resizing what is already there.

Never used ireport - Word & OO editing are challenge enough and that is what all our reminders are on so do I need to learn ireport? I know it is used elsewhere in oVPMS so maybe I should.

So I do not need to do anything in OO templates except import a card sized template on OO writer?

Version 1.5 has some new standard postcard templates. I have added these to the shared resources area so you can download, modify and use.

We use postcards. How are you going with this, is it working now? We use a company the sells very reasonably priced postcards, they're much cheaper than anyone else I've found. If you'd like their details give me a ring or send an email.
