Printing Charges Screen
Hi to all,
I am wanting to print the charges for a patient for Insurance. The fees run over 3 months and many of the invoices have multiple pets on them.
What I would like to be able to print is the information that is in the patient charges screen.
Would any one know if this can be done?

I dont think there is currently a way to print patient charges for a date range but I do believe there is a report that could easily be written for this.

As Cath indicates we could definitely write a report that prompted for patient id for example and printed charges for a specified dat range for that patient. Would need some input as far as format was concerned i.e would you like to see it in a invoice style format ?

If possible we would like to be able to Run an A4 Report (invoices are A5) listing all of the charges for each visit for a varying date range for a specific patient or client in an invoice style.
Previous Prac Managment software would allow you to select client then all invoices today, this month or sepcified date range which would give all animals belonging to this client. You could alternatively choose a patient then today, this month or a specified date range which would give all of the charges for this patient in Invoice style with a total for each individual visit invoice and Gst amount. Then a total of all invoices and the total GST and the balance owing.
