Re: [Get help Using the Website] MySQL Setup
Hi Yuri,
Questions like this are best asked in the forums and/or mailing lists.
Someone there may be able to help you through this issue. I have
forwarded it to the user's mailing list for you. Although the
implementor's forum would probably be a more appropriate place I think.
Kind regards,
Matt Young.

Re: [Get help Using the Website] MySQL Setup
You can utilise the default and this will store the data in the same area as the mysql installation.
I typically create a C:\openvpms\data folder and point the innodb tablespace in this folder as I like to keep data separate from the database application.

Re: [Get help Using the Website] MySQL Setup
Thanks Tony, Matt.
Expect a torrent of questions<g!>. BTW, I note there are few/no images in these forum discussions - are images not acceptable or is it just that people haven't used them? Or is there a bandwidth issue? As a newbie here, I don't want to tread on any toes on my first days here. I'm very much a "monkey-see-monkey-do" person and have always used lots of screenshots to to ask questions with or explain things in online tutorials I've written.
Cheers
Yuri.
Re: [Get help Using the
Use of images is no problems. We have had people explain issues using screenshots. There may be a limit on the size of images distributed via the lists so best to use forums directly to attach them.
Glad to have you onboard and welcome any questions you have while you learn OpenVPMS.
Cheers Tony
