Reduce a click when checking out
Hi,
A request from our reception team.
When checking out a patient, at the receipt step, we click mail to send the invoice to the client. It then takes you back to the same pop-up to either print or skip. We don't believe this is necessary as we never want to print it / email it again.
If other clinics don't agree and would prefer it to continue to do the pop-up twice, that's fine, but thought I'd raise it as a possible removal.

Hi,
Yes this is a particular bugbear for me as well. There is never an instance where I need to return to that pop up after clicking mail.

I believe this is being addressed in 2.4 - the issue is mailing is not defined as "printed" - I think there was a fix that sorted this though
