Running Patient Activity Export Report

Hi,

I would like to start generating Senior Pet Check reminders, but need a list of patients to be generated off my system to get started.

My requirements are that the cat/dog must be >7yrs as off now and have had any vaccination 6 months ago (within a 2 weeks time frame, ie. how often we do our reminder letters). I have linked an interactive reminder to vaccinations from now but they will take 6m to have effect so would like to manually generate reminders using the above parameters to collect those patients who would be due for a senior pet check.

I was told the Patient Activity Export Report was the one to use but I keep getting a blank page when I preview it. I must be inputting the wrong data in the wrong boxes I guess.

Any thoughts?

Hi Trevor,

If it's coming up blank it means that there are no results. What parameters are you putting in when running the report?

Today being 6/11/12, im putting in the DOB start as 6/11/92, DOB end 6/11/05 (ie to catch all pets aged 7yo or older as of today), I'm leaving classification, breed and species as % (will this enable all patients to be read?), Sale start 30/4/12 to Sale End 6/5/12 (ie all those animals vaccinated 6m ago, for over a  week period), product type as Vaccination, product as %.

Clearly I'm doing something wrong...

Hi Trevor,

I believe you dont have any transactions in that period.  The data migration from your previous system only brought across initial balances not the full transaction details so there will not be any product sales information for the report to work with.

Thanks Tony. Yep you're right. I've checked by using data since migration and its working with that. So is there any other way aside from manually going through the consults to collect the required data/patients?
