Service providers for VPN to remote server with compatible modem

We would like to upgrade our phone service to 2 lines with line hunt and and on hold message. We also want to increase reliability of our NBN connection with a 4g failover if NBN goes down. We have to use the Telstra 4g network in this area. Our current provider has proven less than reliable and this can be disruptive and costly. We have approached Telstra to change over but they have been very slow and the technicians provided don't seem to be familiar with our setup where we have a VPN to our remote server. The standard business Telstra modems do not fit the requirements.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good provider with knowledge in this area?

Hi,

The standard business routers Telstra provide do not support Site to Site VPNs as can be used to access cloud based OpenVPMS setups.  They do however supply a Cisco Router which does (believe Cisco Meraki MX64) and will also support 4G failover.  

Alternatively you can put the Telstra supplied modem behind a VPN router and setup to make sure the voice is directed to the telstra modem. This works but has more devices and may not support 4G failover.
