SMS setup

I have setup SMSGlobal Email2SMS as per instructions but when I add to the Practice sms tab then schedules from the schedule view disappear. Can anyone help with what might be happening here. Open version is 1.7.1(6046).

There isn't any relationship between SMS settings on the Practice, and schedule views, so configuring one shouldn't impact the other. 

The only way you can change the schedules associated with a view is by editing either the view or the schedule. Make sure that:

  • the schedule hasn't been removed from the view
  • the schedule Active flag hasn't been unticked
  • you log out/back in after changing Practice/Location/Schedule View/Schedule to pick up any changes
