This report is a minor tweak to the stock Key Performance Indicators report.  It was derived from the 2.1 stock version, but should be usable in earlier versions of OpenVPMS as well. This version removes 'hidden' transactions from the values reported.

A comparison of this report with the stock report, where hidden transactions are included, is a valuable exercise in that the comparison indicates the level of corrections that are being made in the practice via reversals of both invoices and payments.
