This contains corrections and updates to the standard Practice Summary Report.

If you are running 1.9, then the standard package contains these and later updates.

NOTE: since these are sub-reports their names need to be correct and match what is displayed. In cases where I have done a 2nd correction, the default name for the file being downloaded will have a '-0' or '-1' etc added. Ensure that this is removed to preserve the original name.

11/11/15: Thanks to more beady-eyed checking by Sam L, corrections to the count visits by location & by clinician reports together with some clarification of meanings.

10/11/15: The count visits by location report has been updated to correct the calculation of the number of active patients. The calculation now matches that used in the KPI report - ie "A patient is taken to be active at a given date if they have a Date Created prior to or equal to the given date and either have their Active flag set, or have activities after the given date."

31/10/15: The outstanding debtors report has been updated to correct it. (It was reporting the wrong figures for dates in the past.) Note that this corrected version is significantly slower than the previous one, but it does give the correct figures.

2/9/15: The product subreports have been updated to a) correct the Markup calculation in the Product Sales by Product Type; and b) to add a Markup column to the Product Sales by Location/Type
