Please note: This has been setup to work on A5 letterhead. You may need to adjust printing margins.

Lists appointments grouped by appointment schedules and limited by date.

We use a version of this to print the following days surgery list.

The report shows;

Date, Patient name and details,  Customer name, Appointment notes

Settings:

Start Date : Start date inclusive.

End Date : End date inclusive.

Schedule Name: Will search for any schedules with matching names.

eg. Typing "Surg" will find "Surgery 1", "Surgery 2" etc
