Just querying the latest update, when trying to add a new note to a patients records (not an actual visit/consult) the note will appear under the last consult history.This put our history "notes" out of chronological order. Is there any way around being able to put in a new note in a patient history without having to add a visit. Our nurses often need to put notes in the patient history (ie progress follow ups etc) but this is not necessarily meaning its a "visit". Can someone let me know how they are getting around this or if we simply add in a new visit each time we need to put a note irrespective of whether the client/patient are having a visit/consult.
