On the Patients/Medical Records Summary screen, the Date To field is an exclusive date.

If you bring up the summary screen, by default it shows All dates, with the From and To dates set to today. If there are entries for today, these will show.

However, if you simply untick the All dates box, then nothing is displayed.  In order to display today's entries, one has to modify the To date to be at least tomorrow.

Suggestion: set the time for the To date to 23:59:59.9999
