DeliveryProcessor creates or updates a Product's entityRelationship.productSupplier relationships based on an act.supplierDeliveryItem act. If no relationship exists for the product and supplier, one will be created. If there are existing relationships for a product and supplier, one will be selected for update if: * it has matching package size and units to the delivery item; or * it has a 0 package size If no relationships match the criteria, one will be created.

This approach can yield in relationships being created if the package size or units change. It should change to: * find a match on re-order code * find a match on package size and package units * find a match on package size * find a match on 0 package size
