The sample order in the release package in data/order1.xml includes tax in OrderLine/LineExtensionAmount. As per the documentation, LineExtensionAmount is always exclusive of taxes. e.g. {noformat} 278 2.00 110.00 10.00 50.00 1.00 {noformat}

should be: {noformat} 278 2.00 100.00 10.00 50.00 1.00 {noformat}
