Invoices from suppliers may not specify package sizes (i.e. may be missing a PackSizeNumeric element for one or more Items). In this case, it should default to either: # the packageSize from the original order item should be used; or if not present # the packageSize from the entityRelationship.productSupplier associated with the product and supplier

If neither are present, then the delivery should not be able to be finalised until a non-zero packageSize is set. The act.supplierDeliveryItem will need to be changed to make the packageSize node optional, and 0.

The DeliveryProcessor shoud reject deliveries that have a 0 packageSize
