Customer Account Type Account Fee amount rounding issue -------------------------------------------------------

In the lookup .customerAccountType archetype the accountFeeAmount for an accountFee of PERCENTAGE is calculated using the absolute number rather than the number as a percentage. So in order to enter say 1.5% you need to enter a value of 0.015. Unfortunately this field is rounded to 2 decimal places and this is stored as 0.01 and subsequently account fees are calculated at 1% rather than 1.5%

I suggest that when the accountFee node is set to PERCENTAGE the accountFeeAmount node is interpreted as a percentage.

This will also require some data migration.
