To reproduce: 1. open 2 browsers, A and B 2. create and save an appointment in browser A 3. edit the appointment in browser B 4. delete the appointment in browser A 5. attempt to save the appointment in browser B

An error dialog with a message similar to the above will be displayed, and the option to report the error given.

This should be changed so that: * a descriptive error message is displayed * error reporting is suppressed
