Currently when a product is selected during charging popups are displayed to edit associated dispensing, investigation and interactive reminder acts. A Skip button is displayed to move to the next popup, but after OVPMS-1031 has limited usefulness. This should be changed so that: * Skip is only displayed for investigation and reminder acts i.e for medication acts, only an OK button is displayed * Skipping an investigation or reminder deletes it
