Message from Tim Anderson (JIRA) jira@openvpms.org

Add support for to configure document templates at practice locations ---------------------------------------------------------------------

Key: OVPMS-1057 URL: https://openvpms.atlassian.net/browse/OVPMS-1057 Project: VPMS Web Application Issue Type: Improvement Components: Reporting Affects Versions: 1.4 Reporter: Tim Anderson Assignee: Tony De Keizer Priority: Minor Fix For: 1.6

Currently, only a single document template may be specified for a single archetype*. This document template may be associated with multiple locations to customise the default printer it is sent to. Support is required to be able to configure multiple templates for a single archetype, each of which may be associated with a location/practice. When looking up a template for an archetype, the approach will be: # find the first active template associated with the current practice location; or if not found # find the first active template associated with the practice location; or if not found # find the first active template (this is the current behaviour)

If multiple templates for an archetype exist that match the criteria, the one with the lowest id will be used.

The existing entity.documentTemplate and entityRelationship.documentTemplatePrinter archetypes will be used. It may be necessary to add nodes to the party.organisationPractice and party.organisationLocation to make it easy to determine which templates are associated with a particular practice location.

* Multiple templates can be created, but in general the first encountered will be used
