Copy lookup relationships when replacing one lookup with another ----------------------------------------------------------------

When replacing one lookup (the source) with another (the target), only references to the lookup are replaced, as per OVPMS-891. Any relationships of the source lookup are not copied to the target lookup - this must be done manually. This should be streamlined to automatically copy relationships from the source lookup to the target prior to performing the replacement. There is currently no requirement to filter duplicates - any duplicate relationships will cause the replacement to fail due to validation errors.
