Currently when creating a new Customer or Patient the edit dialogue use the expandable layout. This meant users have to click the expand button to see all the customer or patient fields. It was decided that this typically is not required and just adds an extra click to the process of entering thsi information. Need to modify EditlayoutStrategyFactory.properties to remove associated archetypes.
