Currently the base data load includes only one role and one authority which allows a user to create, save and delete any archetype. We need to provide a broader range of authorities and group these into roles so users can be granted restricted access to specific CRUD tasks. Authorities need to created for broad archetype groupings i.e create.customer, delete.product, create.events etc. Roles should be created based on general roles within a typical practice. i.e Clinician, Receptionist, Owner, Stock Manager, Product Manager, Financial Controller etc and authorities assign to these roles. User scan then be assigned to one or more roles.
