Product browser should display active prices --------------------------------------------

The product browser currently displays the fixed and unit price for the displayed products. If a product has future or post dated fixed or unit prices currently the unit price displayed in the browser is not restricted by the active date ranges on those prices.

Needs to be modified so the price displayed is based on the active date ranges on the prices and the current date.
