The order item editor prevents saving of orders that have a received + cancelled quantity greater than the ordered quantity. Sometimes, suppliers issue a greater quantity than that ordered, so this restriction shouldn't apply. Instead, it should be changed so that the cancelled quantity must not exceed the ordered quantity.
