In 1.6, the invoice is created at check-in. This creates problems when invoicing estimates, as a new invoice is created. If the estimate is invoiced after check-in, the customer ends up with 2 In Progress invoices. This should be changed so that: # when invoicing estimates, an In Progress/Completed invoice should be searched for first. # if one exists, a dialog should be displayed to prompt the user to add the estimate items to the invoice, or cancel # if none exists, a new invoice should be created
