In the new visit charge editor, interactive reminders can cause the invoice item Add button to be disabled. To reproduce:

# charge a product template with 2 or more interactive reminders in it's products # tab to the due date field to change the reminder interval for each reminder # Press enter to change the date # press alt O # repeat as above for all reminders

When you get back to the invoice the add button is now disabled. Pressing Apply re-enables it.
